Why We Built This Site

Mississippi court access is court-specific. Claiborne County Circuit and Chancery cases use separate MEC routes; Justice Court and municipal matters do not become part of a countywide anonymous name search. The clerk holds the official docket, the court sets hearings and enters orders, and PAMEC supplies paid remote access for eligible electronic records. Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
